2. Data we process

When you request a quote by phone, we process the following data: name, phone number and the vehicle requirements you provide during the call (for example make, model, year, equipment, budget). If you also ask for the offer by e-mail, we process your e-mail address as well.

If you contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we process the contact details you provide and the content of your message. This website does not contain any data collection form.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your request, prepare a personalised offer and communicate with you as required to provide the service.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent for the controller's registered office is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic). You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
